Vickie completed her degree in Commerce, majoring in Accountancy from the University of Wollongong in 1997. For the first two years of study, Vickie worked part-time in bookkeeping. Her final year of study was completed part-time after Vickie received the opportunity to become a full-time accounting trainee. In July 2001, Vickie completed the CPA course and in 2005 became a Justice of the Peace. In December 2010 Vickie became a registered taxation agent with the ATO.
Vickie has worked as a trainee, assistant and then fully qualified accountant with the one company. She then went on to work as an internal accountant for a manufacturing/service company and a food wholesaler. Vickie has experience in management accounting and financial accounting. Most recently, Vickie has been working with the Linda Crawford Accounting, helping Indigenous communities that need assistance all around Australia.

Colin completed his degree in Accounting with joint studies in management from Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga in 2013 after 15 years working in government funded employment services.
From a farming background Colin grew up and worked in the Wimmera wheat belt region of Victoria. He moved to Wagga in 1987 to commence studies in media production. Colin worked with local community groups and a professional photographer before commencing a successful career in employment services, Colin was responsible for establishing several greenfield business sites at Wagga and Temora and as a result became sought after for his ability in strategic business turnarounds, consulting, tender writing, quality assurance and internal auditing. Colin has also worked for indigenous organisations in Wagga, Dubbo, Orange and throughout regional New South Wales.
