We have many long term clients. We’ve been there to enjoy their successes. And for sure, we’re there to support them through the challenges that they have a face.
Some of the issues over and above straight accounting which we typically assist our clients with include succession planning, family mediation, grants and loan approvals, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) issues, computer and program issues, negotiations with the ATO for payment plans, and meeting with their financial planner.
Family is very important to us. We keep up with what our clients are doing; we know when things are going well and when they aren’t and are always here to provide assistance, support, and planning.
Clients stay with us because of the service we provide. We do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it. We get back to you and you always know where you stand with us.
We do annual tax planning with every business client in May or June each year. We don’t just set business goals for the next 12 months but also personal goals. And we celebrate with our clients when they reach their goals.
We get to know your business and your family so well that when it comes to handing it over to the next generation or selling it we are still there for you. We know how you tick and what you want to achieve and help you get there.
Most clients view us as their trusted adviser. They call us to discuss what they have in mind. They do it to ask for our opinion and take our advice.
Our clients are all “volunteers”. They choose to work with us because they trust us, value our work and advice, and appreciate our accessibility and follow-up to their queries. It’s a responsibility we take seriously and we sure don’t take it for granted.
